OneUp's public API is only available as beta for you to connect to other services. Only a small portion of the objects in OneUp are available to be read or written through the API. But that doesn't mean there isn't any way to get data in and out of your OneUp account.

Any type of data that you can view in a list in OneUp (Like Product list, customer list, accounting transactions, etc), can be exported to a CSV or Excel file.

  • Picking Lists (Inventory Items)
  • Customer Invoices
  • Credit Notes

Print purchasing documents:

  • Supplier Quotes
  • Purchase Orders
  • Receiving Notes
  • Bills
  • Credit Notes

Print financial reports:

  • Profit & Loss
  • Balance Sheet
  • A/P Aging Payable
  • A/R Aging Receivable

Print accounting statements:

  • General Ledger
  • Trial Balance
  • Journal Entries

Google Apps Integration

  • Create email in Google Apps Gmail in one-click from interface
  • Create event in Google Apps Calendar in one-click from interface

What integration features does offer and what not?

  • Point-of-Sale (POS): we are integrated with Square, if you install OneUp to your Square account from the Square App Marketplace
  • Payment System: we are integrated with PayStand (US companies only). Enable in "Payments Settings" in the Settings menu.

    We do not offer:

  • eCommerce
  • Other Payment Processors (Paypal / / Merchant Account)
  • Payroll System
