Inventory on hand

 

Use Inventory On Hand in Inventory - Stock - [︙] button to see how much of each inventory item is currently located in your storage locations.

  • The search inside the inventory report can be used to filter your report by product name or product family.
  • The export button at the bottom left side allows you to export the results of the report for use in spreadsheet applications.
 

Inventory count sheet

 

The Inventory Count Sheet (empty) can be used to physically count your inventory in all warehouse locations. You correct quantities according to real counts then in a New Inventory Count Sheet.

It is also possible to correct WAP (Weighted Average Price = Cost of Goods sold) if you need to.

Also, you would use a New Inventory Count Sheet to get the total value for your inventory.

Please note:  
  • It is not possible to create an inventory count sheet for any date in the past. Count sheets always represent the current value. 
  • It is important, that you generate a corresponding inventory count sheet on the last day of your fiscal year to have an accurate number, should you need a reconciliation between balance sheet and inventory listed

 

Inventory entry lines

If you need to know what increased your inventory, with what quantity and cost, you can select the according inventory entry and see the details. Your inventory entries can be checked in Inventory - More - Inventory Entries.

You can filter by product, family or also document that caused the entry.

 

Inventory withdrawal lines

Should you need to find out what decreased your inventory, with what quantity and which cost, you can select the according inventory withdrawal and see the details. Your Inventory Withdrawals can be checked in Inventory - [︙] button - Inventory Withdrawals.

You can filter by product, family or also document that caused the entry.

 

Inventory transfers

In Inventory -  [︙] button you'll find access to the list of all Inventory Transfers you made. Click into any line and you'll get the corresponding details.
