If you cancel your ONE UP subscription (either by disabling it or deleting it from your Google Apps dashboard), the data you've uploaded or imported will be stored on our servers until you request it to be deleted.
If you would like this uploaded data to be permanently deleted, please send a request to our support team from an email address that has administrator rights inside your ONE UP account.
Once this deletion has been completed, there is no way to reverse it.
Regular ONE UP accounts:
After you've signed up for a ONE UP account, the data you've uploaded or imported to ONE UP will be stored on our servers until you request it to be deleted.
If you would like to close your account and have your data removed, please send a request to our support team from an email address that has administrator rights inside your ONE UP account.
Once this deletion has been completed, there is no way to reverse it.
